This place is hands down one of the best car wash that I’ve ever been to. A lot of people are converting their car wash into the machines non-touch touchless whatever the case maybe this is a good car wash that still does the car is 100% by hand and everybody is attention to detail and if someone does so happen to miss something that have Vincent, Hip, Tony, and other people that will more than happy to help fix anything that any of the guys miss.
I had minor scuffs on my hood and Vince walked me through the detailing service. I’m so glad I did the service! Jesus (with the beard) was so professional and was attention to detail when he was servicing my car. What a fantastic job!
I highly recommend really your car detailed here. The entire staff are professional, friendly and all have a smile on their face.
Lastly, bathrooms and waiting area are well maintained and fancy for a car wash.
I’ve been coming to Miami’s Auto Spa for over 10 years now. I was wondering how thing would be with the new ownership, but I have to say that the new owners are great! The guy was so helpful in helping me figure out what I needed to get my car clean. My husband does not take care of his car and he hasn’t washed his car for about 1 year! (I took his car in myself to get it a car wash.) I didn’t have time to get what that guy recommended because I had two of my little boys with me. So that guy told me that he will ask the guys washing the car to do extra rinse and clean, etc. for me at no extra charge. Can I just say that they did an amazing job!!! I just got an exterior wash and they were able to get off everything on my car! Keep in mind my husband hasn’t gotten his car washed for a whole year! Wow, I couldn’t believe they got EVERYTHING off his car! I thought the customer service is even better than under the previous owner. Excellent service today. The lady at the front desk even went through the trouble to turn on the TV for my little ones. I usually never write yelp reviews because I don’t have time because I have little kids, but today’s experience and service really was exceptional and I just had to write a review for them to thank them for such great service! I do think it’s better to take your car here on weekdays because it’s not as busy. Thank you, Miami Auto Spa! Thank you for doing such am amazing job beyond my expectations on my husband’s car. Service like this is such a tremendous help to a busy, overwhelmed mom like me. Thank you!

First car was I have ever been to that has a kids section! Friendly staff and their guys don’t miss a spot!
This my go to car wash now after new management. They are super fast and always willing to help. I defiantly see a change on how they run things now. They even have better options for snacks and drinks at the lounge/ cashier area! That is a plus for me! Tony is always a pleasure to see. He is super nice and and makes great suggestions for my car. I trust him with my little Honda Accord.
